Facility:
This is a 16-bed critical access hospital with an attached clinic and 33-bed nursing home. The facility features on-site lab, radiology, physical therapy, hospital pharmacy, cardiac rehab, X-ray and CT scan services. It operates with a robust clinical team in a newer clinic building where providers have their own offices.

Job Details:
• 0.6-1.0 FTE position available with flexible scheduling options • Outpatient practice with optional inpatient responsibilities • Fun, rural, team environment with very engaged staff • 4-day work week with clinic hours from 8-5 pm, Monday-Friday • No call responsibilities • Work alongside 2 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians • Join a robust clinical team incorporating Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, Behavioral Health Specialists, and General Surgery Outreach • ER providers available 24/7 with tele-hospitalist/APP model for inpatient care • Swing bed/transitional care unit available • EPIC electronic medical record system • Established patient base with service area population of 8,000+ • Ideal candidate would be positive, energetic and team-focused, with a passion for small-town care

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
