Opportunity:
PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• Flexible FTE opportunities ranging from 0.6-1.0 FTE (full-time 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm with personalized practice setting options
• Average 14-18 clinic patients per day, with ability to limit based on patient type
• Based in Detroit Lakes with potential outreach to Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, Frazee, or Mahnomen Clinics
• Pediatric call approximately 1:6 weekends (1 day per week of peds call, 1 weekend every 6 weeks)
• Hospitalist service in place for support
• Comprehensive onsite services including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN & Nurse Midwifery, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery/Wound Care, and multiple specialty services
• Outreach services available including Oncology, Cardiology, ENT, Nephrology, Urology, and other specialties
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Opportunity to customize practice focus areas and make the practice your own
