Opportunity: Family Medicine - OB Optional

This is an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Family Practice physician to join a growing practice with optional OB services. The position offers a chance to work in a diverse setting with patients from various backgrounds and age groups.

Job Details:

• Work in a team-oriented environment with low turnover
• Enjoy a diverse patient mix of young/old and urban/rural backgrounds
• Monday to Friday schedule with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM
• 1.0 FTE equivalent of 36 patient contact hours
• Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai for efficient patient management
• Participate in a combined phone-only call system with a sister clinic, enhancing work-life balance
• Ideal for candidates who value building a robust practice while maintaining work-life balance
• Experience with procedures, especially IUDs and Nexplanon, is a plus

Compensation:

Competitive salary of up to $308,000 with potential for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
