Join a forward-thinking clinic known for its strong team dynamics and low turnover. This facility maintains a "small clinic" feel with 2 MDs and 3 APPs, expanding to include 2 more MDs. The clinic often pilots innovative programs and the team enjoys socializing outside of work, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

Opportunity: Family Medicine - OB Optional

This is an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Family Practice physician to join a growing practice. OB experience is optional but welcomed for this position.

Job Details:

• Work with a diverse patient mix of young/old and urban/rural backgrounds
• Experience with procedures, especially IUDs and Nexplanon, is a plus
• Monday to Friday schedule with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM
• 1.0 FTE equivalent of 36 patient contact hours
• Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai for efficient patient management
• Participate in a combined phone-only call system with sister clinic, enhancing work-life balance

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
