Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• Float pool position providing flexibility across various clinic locations including Hermantown, Lakeside, Lakewalk, Proctor, West Duluth, Moose Lake and other sites as needed
• Work in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative team environment with focus on patient-centered care
• Flexible scheduling with clinic hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM to support work-life balance
• No call requirements
• Collaborate with robust clinical team including Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, and Behavioral Health Specialists
• Utilize modern technology including EPIC and DAX AI for seamless documentation and reduced paperwork burden
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice required
