International Falls is a picturesque city located on the Rainy River directly across from Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada. Facility:

This established clinic serves a population of approximately 10,000 residents. The facility features state-of-the-art equipment including PACS radiology, ultrasound, mammography, and a high-complexity in-house laboratory. The clinic utilizes EPIC electronic medical records and provides 24/7 nurse triage services to ensure continuity of care.

Opportunity: BC/BE Family Medicine - No OB

Join a close-knit team of healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment. This position offers the chance to work as a leader of a Care Team, utilizing established care processes to achieve patient care objectives and provide continuity of care for patients and families.

Job Details:

• Work alongside 4 family practice physicians, 4 APCs, and support staff with very low turnover
• Practice in a clinic of 9 providers including family medicine, adult, and child behavioral health
• Opportunities to perform procedures if desired (colposcopy, endoscopy, minor office procedures, stress testing, suturing, casting, prenatal care - no delivery)
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• Benefit from 24/7 nurse triage support
• Location is approximately 160 miles north of Duluth, MN and 300 miles north of Minneapolis, MN

Compensation:
