This well-established clinic is renowned for its exceptional team environment and is currently experiencing a growth spurt and generational change. The facility features on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers, and sports medicine services, providing comprehensive care to the community.

Job Details:
• Join a growing practice with an established patient base • Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians with a dedicated support team • Be part of a department advancing a high-quality, efficient service model that integrates MDs, APs, RNs, CAs, and other support staff • Monday to Friday schedule with 36 patient contact hours • Flexible shifts with clinic hours from 7:15 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM - Noon (Saturday) • Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX AI technology • Digital X-Ray with rapid results • Call schedule: 1 in 12 (phone only) • Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 - 1.0 • Optional OB and newborn nursery care (in hospital) • Foster a culture of patient-centered care and staff resilience

Compensation:
