Facility:

This well-established clinic is renowned for its exceptional team environment and is currently experiencing a growth spurt and generational change. The facility features on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health services, community health workers, and sports medicine. The clinic utilizes EPIC medical records with DAX AI technology and offers digital X-ray with rapid results.

Opportunity: Family Medicine - OB Optional

This is a 0.6-1.0 FTE position joining a thriving practice with an established patient base. You'll become part of a department advancing a high-quality, efficient service model that integrates physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, and support staff to foster patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Join a team of 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated staff
• Monday to Friday schedule with 36 patient contact hours
• Flexible shifts with clinic hours: 7:15 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM - Noon (Saturday)
• Phone-only call schedule of 1 in 12
• Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 - 1.0
• Optional newborn nursery care (in hospital)
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice required

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
