Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Join a team-oriented clinic offering a 0.6-1.0 FTE position in Family Medicine
• OB experience is optional but welcomed
• Anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM
• 1.0 FTE equivalent consists of 36 patient contact hours per week
• ZERO Call model implemented - all after-hours calls are covered by a separate call team, supporting strong work-life balance
• Experience with procedures such as IUD insertions and Nexplanon is a plus
• Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX AI for efficient patient management
• Service area covers Proctor and Duluth, MN with a population of 85,000+
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice required
