Locum opportunity for Physician – Primary Care in Hermitage, MO

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞:
Physician – 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 (Locum Tenens → Perm)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum-to-permanent opportunity in an outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in a collaborative, team-based environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Provide outpatient primary care services to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
- Manage an average daily patient volume of 18–20 patients
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and clinical support staff
- Document patient encounters accurately using MediTech Expanse EMR
- Follow clinical guidelines and quality standards in an FQHC setting

𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
- Monday–Friday outpatient clinic
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No on-call, nights, or weekends

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- MD degree with training in Primary Care
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Primary Care
- Active Missouri medical license (required or willing to obtain)
- BLS certification (Required)
- DEA and CSR (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (new graduates accepted)
