We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient locum tenens opportunity in New Hampshire. This established family medicine clinic is seeking two physicians to help meet growing patient demand, as current providers are at capacity.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing patients of all ages, from pediatrics through adults, and be able to step into a busy outpatient practice with minimal ramp-up time.

This is a clinic-only position with no call responsibilities, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

5 Advanced Practice Providers
‣ EMR: Epic
‣ Average Patient Volume: 16 patients per day
‣ Appointment Schedule: Approximately every 30 minutes

Compensation:

Job Responsibilities:
‣ Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services
‣ Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
‣ Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
‣ Perform routine preventive care and wellness visits
‣ Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Epic EMR
‣ Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
‣ Manage an average patient volume of approximately 16 patients per day

Qualifications:
‣ Board Certified in Family Medicine required
‣ Internal Medicine physicians may be considered if comfortable treating patients of all ages
‣ Active New Hampshire medical license required
‣ Candidates eligible through IMLC with an LOQ in hand may be considered
‣ BLS certification required
‣ DEA registration required
‣ Minimum of 1 year of experience required
‣ Epic EMR experience required

Working Hours:
‣ Schedule: Monday - Friday
‣ Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
‣ Shift Length: 8 hours
‣ Start Date: June 15, 2026
‣ Contract Length: 13 weeks
‣ Coverage Type: Scheduled Only

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90+ days, with efforts to expedite due to the outpatient-only nature of the assignment.
