📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: October 2026
🔹 Contract Length: 13 weeks
🔹 Schedule: Scheduled coverage with no call
🔹 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
🔹 Full-time, five 8-hour shifts per week
🔹 Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
🔹 New Hampshire license required (IMLC candidates with LOQ in hand will be considered)
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
🔹 Travel, lodging, rental car, mileage, and airfare provided

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Outpatient Family Medicine clinic
🔹 State-of-the-art clinic serving pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
🔹 Average of 16 patients per day
🔹 Bread-and-butter Family Medicine with 30-minute appointment slots
🔹 Epic EMR
🔹 Collaborative team of 6 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified in Family Medicine
🔹 Active New Hampshire license required or IMLC eligibility with Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
🔹 BLS certification required
🔹 DEA required
🔹 Minimum of 1 year of experience
🔹 Epic charting experience required
