Practice Setting: Primary Care / Family Practice
Dates of Coverage: January/Feb - Ongoing
Reason for Coverage: Provider departure
Interested in: Locum or Locum-to-Perm
Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
Trauma Level/Designation: Level II
Will You Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? Yes – New Jersey license required
Schedule:

Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No call, no inpatient responsibilities, no ED backup
Required Procedures:
Adult outpatient care
EKG interpretation
Disability exams (occupational medicine)
Supervision:
Not required to supervise other healthcare providers
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
