🩺 Family Medicine Physician (Locum Tenens)

📍 Location: New Jersey (Local Candidates Only)
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Tuesdays until 7:00 PM)
🗓️ Assignment: ASAP – Ongoing

⚡ THE HIGHLIGHTS:
Established outpatient primary care practice.
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Average 3 patients per hour.
Collaborative team of 5 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider.
Laboratory services available on-site.
Athena EMR.
Fast credentialing process.
📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
Evaluate and manage adult and geriatric patients.
Perform EKG interpretation.
Evaluate and manage acute blood pressure and volume-related conditions.
Complete employment physicals and disability examinations.
Maintain accurate documentation using Athena EMR.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care.
🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
Active New Jersey Medical License – Required.
Board Certified preferred; Truly Board Eligible candidates will be considered.
Local provider only (must live within 45 minutes of the practice).
NPDB Self-Query Report (pulled within the last 30 days) – Required at presentation.
BLS and ACLS – Preferred.
