Family Medicine Physician Needed in Albuquerque, NM | No Call, No Weekends | Value-Based Care

Job description

Start: September 14, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 13 weeks (open to extension)
Coverage: Outpatient clinic, full-time
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00 (5x8s template); no weekends
Call: No call
Volume: 8-14 patients per day; 30 min-1 hr appointment slots
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic - value-based care model
Support: NP and RN support staff on site

Full-spectrum outpatient family medicine - must be comfortable seeing all ages. Preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits within a value-based care model. Dedicated admin time built into the daily schedule - no after-hours charting. Timely documentation in Elation EMR.

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted New Mexico MD or DO license required (not open to licensure)
- BLS certification required
- Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
