-Perm Family Medicine
-Dates of Coverage: ASAP, full-time, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
-Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. No late clinics, no call and no after-hours charting.
-Call Coverage: No
-Reason for Coverage: We are losing our full-time physcian, who has decided to go into private practice.
-Practice Setting(s): ["Clinic"]
-Leadership Position/Required to Teach: Would supervise 3 FNPs

-Patient Population: Full-spectrum family medicine; babies to retirees
-% Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100% Out patient
-Average # of Patients Per Day: 8-14
-Trauma Level Designation: N/A
-Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, Perform comprehensive physical examinations, Develop individualized treatment plans, Promote wellness and preventive care, Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate, Order and interpret diagnostic testing, Participate in quality improvement initiatives, Supervise one or more NP team members.
