Locum Tenens Primary Care Physician – New Mexico Float Pool
We are seeking Primary Care Physicians for flexible in-home health evaluation assignments throughout New Mexico.

Opportunity Details:
- Location: New Mexico Float Pool
- Cities/Counties: Hobbs and Santa Fe areas
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks, with short- or long-term options available
- Schedule: Flexible Monday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- No Nights or Weekends Required
- Minimum Availability: 60 hours per month
- Average Volume: 6–9 in-home visits per day
- Setting: Home health
- Specialty: Primary Care
- EMR: proprietary
- Openings: 5

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled in-home health evaluations
- Review the patient’s medical history and medications
- Perform a focused physical evaluation
- Complete a pre-populated, patient-specific assessment form
- Evaluate Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
- No prescribing medications, ordering laboratory tests, or changing treatment plans
Requirements:
- Active New Mexico medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must have practiced clinically within the past two years
- Must be located within the United States
- Submit at least three counties of interest
- NPI and preferred email address required
- Name clearance required

- Lea County
Santa Fe Area:
- Guadalupe County
- Harding County
- Los Alamos County
- Mora County
- San Miguel County
- Santa Fe County
Travel and Benefits:
- Airfare, hotel, and rental car may be available based on eligibility
- $40 per day provided for gas
- Flexible scheduling to supplement an existing practice or income
- Credentialing support provided
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 7 days to 6–8 weeks
