• FT or PT (will also take multiple providers to fill role)
• M-F
• 9a-5p
• ASAP - Ongoing
• 20 patients per day
• Basic primary care, evaluation and management of chronic conditions (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, etc)
• Must have active license and DEA
• Full support staff
• EMR: ECW
