**Family Medicine MD/DO Needed in NY**

Job description

-Physician Only
-Must be BC in Family Medicine
-6 month assignment
-M-F
-8a-5:30p (no weekends or nights)
-Truly seeing ALL ages (cradle to grave)
-Basic primary care
-Must be comfortable in CHC space and dealing with underserved population
-Full support staff
-EMR: EPIC
-Must have NY License, DEA, BCLS, and Medicare/Medicaid
-Average credentialing timeline 30-60 days

• 6 month assignment with option to extend
• FULL Support Staff
• NO weekend or nights
