Physician - Family Medicine Stillwater, NY

Location: Stillwater, New York
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Flexible 4 or 5-day work week

A healthcare organization in Stillwater, NY is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a well-supported outpatient primary care practice.
The position offers a flexible weekday schedule, collaborative clinical support, and opportunities for teaching and leadership involvement.

Position Highlights:
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions, including routine exams, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
Work collaboratively with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and a supportive clinical team.

Schedule
Monday – Friday
Flexible 4 or 5-day work week
No routine weekend clinic
Call Coverage
Very light call rotation
Phone call coverage approximately once every 70 days (RN triage handles first call)
Telemedicine weekend coverage for 2–3 hours approximately once every 3 months

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or dual Board Certification in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics)
Active New York license or willingness to obtain
Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
Clean malpractice and licensing history
