Position Overview
Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages in a multi-specialty outpatient practice. The role focuses on delivering culturally competent healthcare and supporting the Bengali-speaking community through preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.

Qualifications
✔ MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
✔ Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
✔ Active New York State medical license required
✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
✔ Open to new graduates
✔ Bilingual Bengali required or relevant experience serving Bengali-speaking communities
✔ Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
✔ Experience with electronic medical records preferred
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide preventive care, physical exams, screenings, and routine family medicine services
✔ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
✔ Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests and lab results
✔ Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
✔ Educate patients and families on disease prevention and treatment options in English and Bengali as needed
✔ Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
✔ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
✔ Deliver culturally competent care to Bengali-speaking patients and families
✔ Support healthcare access and patient education within the community
