Position Details:

Patient Population: Pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Setting: Outpatient family medicine clinic

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive care, screenings, and immunizations
Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Optional teaching and leadership opportunities

Required Procedures:

Routine office-based family medicine procedures
Preventive health screenings
Chronic disease management

EMR System: Not specified

Support Staff: Dedicated APP support and experienced clinical staff

Days Per Month: Full-time schedule with flexible 4- or 5-day work week

On-Call/Weekends: Light phone call coverage once every ~70 days; weekend telemedicine coverage for 2–3 hours once every 3 months

Submission Requirements:
Board Certified in Family Medicine (or dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics)
Active New York license or willingness to obtain
Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
Clean malpractice and licensing history
NPDB Self-Query within 30 days

• Flexible outpatient schedule with minimal call responsibilities
• Sign-on bonus up to $75,000 plus $25,000 retention bonus in year two
