Chinese/English Bilingual Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician

Description:
We are seeking a Chinese/English Bilingual Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting. The physician will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams while delivering high-quality medical services to a diverse patient population. Candidates must be fluent in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with and serve patients across all age groups.

About the facility:
This position is based across multiple outpatient clinical facilities throughout New York, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Flushing, and Staten Island. The clinical environment is designed to support multidisciplinary collaboration and continuity of care, serving a diverse patient population with a focus on accessible, community-based healthcare.

Compensation:
‣ $280,000 - $320,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:
‣ Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with clinical standards.
‣ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
‣ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
‣ Provide patient education and preventive care guidance.
‣ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
‣ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations.
‣ Manage patients across all age groups (pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics).
‣ Coordinate continuity of care across the patient lifespan.

Qualifications:
‣ Active New York State medical license (MD/DO/NP as applicable).
‣ Board Certification or Board Eligibility preferred for physician roles.
‣ Strong outpatient clinical experience preferred.
‣ Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English required.
‣ Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
‣ Ability to manage a broad patient population across all age groups.
‣ Work authorization status must be verified.

‣ Full-time outpatient schedule.
