Spanish/English Bilingual Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient Primary Care)

Description:
We are seeking a Spanish/English Bilingual Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality medical care while effectively communicating with a diverse patient population. Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English to support the needs of the communities served.

About the Facility:
This opportunity is available across multiple outpatient clinical locations throughout New York, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Flushing, and Staten Island. Providers will work within collaborative healthcare teams dedicated to delivering exceptional primary care services and ensuring continuity of care for patients of all ages.

Compensation:
‣ $280,000 - $320,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:
‣ Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with clinical standards.
‣ Develop and implement treatment plans and follow-up care.
‣ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
‣ Provide patient education and preventive care guidance.
‣ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
‣ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
‣ Manage patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
‣ Coordinate continuity of care and support long-term patient health outcomes.

Qualifications
‣ Active New York State medical license (MD/DO as applicable).
‣ Board Certification or Board Eligibility preferred for physician roles.
‣ Strong outpatient clinical experience preferred.
‣ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
‣ Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
‣ Ability to provide comprehensive care across all age groups.
‣ Work authorization status must be verified.
