This primary care clinic provides outpatient family medicine services to patients of all ages in New York. The facility operates with on-site support staff, including one APP, medical assistants, and nurses at a 2:1 support ratio, to facilitate daily clinical operations. Credentialing for this position is estimated at 90-120 days, with potential for expedited processing.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a primary care clinic in New York, working either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per day during facility hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The expected caseload is 18-20 patients per day, encompassing all age groups. Required credentials include board certification or board eligibility, an active New York medical license, DEA registration, BLS certification, and prescriptive authority; clinicians already enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid are preferred. Call coverage is negotiable for this position.
