Primary Care Physician opportunity available in NY
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM + Optional Call
Additional Details:
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, primarily adults
• Up to 24 patients per day

Licensure: Active NY license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
