Start: ASAP (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: TBD
Coverage: Outpatient primary care clinic, Monday–Friday
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30–16:30; 40 hours/week (32 patient-facing)
Call: Optional (not required)
Volume: Up to 24 patients/day
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
Patient Population: Primarily adults

• Outpatient primary care evaluations, chronic disease management, and follow-up
• Preventive care and wellness visits
• Timely documentation and care coordination
• All travel costs included

Requirements
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active New York license required
• 8:30–16:30 clinic days (5 days/week)
