ASAP (Credentialing up to 30 days)
Duration: Up to 6 months

Setting:

Outpatient clinic

Average 20 patients per day

Specialty:

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

IM must be comfortable seeing ages 18+

Support & Resources:

EPIC EMR

Two Medical Assistants per provider

Qualifications

BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider
Working Hours

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Preferred 32–40 hours/week
