About the clinician's workday

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to psychiatric patients Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing units consisting of 9-20 patients. Clinical responsibilities include conducting health physicals, daily check-ins, prescription management, and maintaining patient notes while working within a multidisciplinary team. The position involves call requirements that are negotiable based on comfort level and includes collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, behavioral health advanced practice clinicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, and medical staff advanced practice clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes within the psychiatric hospital environment.
