TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician for a permanent position with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving patients at either Gatesville or Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Position Details

Locations: Gatesville and Elizabeth City (One part time Family Physician per location)

Elizabeth City Schedule:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Approximately 19 direct patient care hours + paid administrative time (22 hours/week total)
Salary: $2,750/week (taxable)

Gatesville Schedule:
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
24 patient care hours + 2 administrative hours (26 hours/week total)
Salary: $3,250/week (taxable)
No benefits
Goal of approximately 25 patients per day
Salary is fixed and non-negotiable


Setting: Outpatient only
Average Daily Patient Volume: 20–25 patients
Age Range: All ages
Support Staff: Front office team and 2 MAs
Work Style: Independent practice with some telehealth, school health, and monthly community house calls
Call Responsibilities: None
Technology: ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR

Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
No Internal Medicine candidates
Clean, unrestricted medical license with no disciplinary history
Candidates must be seeking part-time, on-site employment. No locum tenens or remote candidates will be considered.


Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of independent clinical practice
Certifications: PALS and ACLS required
Board Certification: Not required
Licensure: Active North Carolina medical license
Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment: Required
Credentialing Time Frame: ASAP
