Job description
This is a fully remote telehealth opportunity focused on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and some hormone replacement therapy (HRT), based out of North Carolina and serving patients across all 50 states plus DC. The role includes both synchronous and asynchronous visits, with ongoing support from an NP and staff for follow-ups, medications, and lab requisitions, and extensive labs completed prior to consult. The practice is growing rapidly and hoping to reach 30-plus hours per week. This is an ongoing assignment of approximately 26 weeks (flexible), and training on protocols and the documentation system takes about 1.5-3 hours.
The patient population is adults only, with no pediatrics, typically ages 35-65. Prescribing is handled via an affiliated e-prescribing platform.
Candidates should be Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Endocrinology, and must hold 20 or more active state licenses, with at least one DEA, a CSR for states that require it, a minimum of two years of experience plus some telehealth experience, and a background in hormone replacement and telehealth.
