Locum Schedule with Friday Half-Days: Monday–Friday outpatient clinic schedule featuring built-in 30-minute morning admin blocks, one late evening Tuesday (8a–7p), and guaranteed early release every Friday (8a–12p).

Perm Incentive (Drop to 4 Days): Strong conversion incentive—transitions from 5 days as a locum directly into an attractive 4-day permanent workweek, supported by a 90-day locum-to-perm trial

Low Volume & Manageable Pacing: Start-up environment targeting an easy ramp to just 15 patients per day on full days, and capped at roughly 6 appointments on Friday mornings, scheduled in generous 30-minute slots.

Full-Scope Family Medicine Demographics: 100% outpatient care managing all age brackets from newborns to geriatrics, paired with phone-only rotating call coverage (zero inpatient/hospital rounds).

Dedicated Support Staff & EMR Resources: 1:1 dedicated MA/Nurse pairing plus an operational float, backed by eClinicalWorks (eCW) with an in-house EMR trainer to facilitate immediate onboarding.

Target Candidate Profile: MD/DO in Family Medicine (BC or truly BE); requires active NC medical license, DEA, BLS, and a clean file with minimal to no malpractice history (Virginia license is an added plus).
