Job description

**Location:** Wahpeton, ND: Located at the head of the Red River of the North, Wahpeton is a charming community just 50 miles south of Fargo. With a combined population of 15,000 (Wahpeton/Breckenridge), this area offers small-town charm with proximity to larger urban amenities.

**Facility:** This outpatient clinic features a comprehensive healthcare team with primary care providers supporting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. The facility houses Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery services, along with an on-site Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center, providing integrated care for the community.

**Opportunity:** Family Medicine - Outpatient Only. This position offers the chance to join a highly engaged Primary Care team with excellent mentorship opportunities. There's potential to work with local sports teams and pursue leadership as a Medical Director.

**Job Details:**

• Outpatient practice only - no inpatient/hospitalist coverage required
• Join a team currently consisting of 2 MDs and 5 advanced practice practitioners
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• Average of 16-18 clinic patients per day
• Additional outreach opportunities available
• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine required
• Great mentorship available from experienced providers
• Opportunity to work with local sports teams

**Compensation:** Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
