Fargo is an attractive city located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota. With a population of 250,000 in the Fargo-Moorhead area, it offers a vibrant community only 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

This is a well-established healthcare facility with six locations throughout the Fargo and Moorhead area. The organization has a comprehensive network including 30 clinics and 5 hospitals serving the regional area.

Opportunity: Family Medicine - no OB
This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative care team. You'll work alongside physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff in a supportive environment focused on making a difference for every patient.

Job Details:

• Full-time position with 36 patient contact hours per week
• Average of 18-20 patients per day
• Rotating after-hours call schedule

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. The annual compensation package starts at $293,000 with additional potential earnings through bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
