Job description

Family Medicine Physician opportunity available in Ohio
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p, NO CALL, no weekends. Full time
Additional Details:
- Internal Medicine/Family Practice Need. Must see all ages if Internal Medicine
- Outpatient Only
- Patient Population: Majority is adult primary care patients in ambulatory outpatient practice
- IMLC or OH License accepted!

Licensure: Active OH license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
