Job description

Credentialing timeframe: 5-6 weeks

FP/IM Physician needed OK
- Outpatient Primary Care clinic
o ASAP – March 31, with the ability to extend ongoing
o Credentialing timeframe: 5-6 weeks
- Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours weekly (full-time coverage required)
- No call coverage required
- Must have completed a residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 12-15 patients/day
- Treating all ages (mostly acute and geriatric care, IM physicians will not treat kids)
- Facility uses EMR, will train (system called EHR, specific to I.H.S.)
- Travel and lodging accommodations provided
