Primary Care physician needed for outpatient coverage in Oklahoma

Job description

- Family Practice or Internal Medicine is acceptable
o Provider will treat appropriate ages based on medical background (all ages vs 16+)
- Indian Health Services, clinics are located in Claremore and Wewoka
- ASAP – June 30, 2024, with the potential to extend full year
o Estimated credentialing timeframe: 6-7 weeks
- Average 15 patients per day
- Basic Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes
- Clinic sees all ages
- Full support staff available to assist
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Any state license is acceptable
- Travel and lodging accommodations are provided
