Outpatient Family Practice Need in Oklahoma!

Lawton, OK

Start Date:
- March 2024 or As soon as credentialed

Contract:
Ongoing for 6 months with the option to extend

Shift Details:
- Monday- Friday
- 8 AM to 5 PM
- Average 20 patients per day
- Bread and Butter Outpatient

Requirements:
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Family Practice or Internal Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible

Credentialing:
- 4-week credentialing time frame

• Ongoing for 6 months- option to extend!
• 4 Week Credentailing
• B + B Outpatient
