We are currently seeking a family medicine physician for an opportunity in Florence, OR starting asap!

✅ Work details:

Specialty Family Medicine Primary Care – We are looking for pediatric support - assessing newborns (if on call) in the hospital immediately after birth. There will not be any obstetric focused medical or surgical care before, during, or after pregnancy. Care/assessment would only be provided to newborns (not the mother) in the hospital and/or clinic setting.

Daily Shift Standard (8hr or 12hr) - 8hr

Expected duration of assignment - 12 months

Reason for opening - Gap in coverage

Network - Oregon Network

Type of privileges (clinic/hospital/both) - Clinic and Hospital

Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient or Both? - Inpatient & Outpatient

If Inpatient, # of beds: 21

Call requirement - Yes- Schedule pending - most likely one week per month covering call to include weekends, will be sharing pediatrics and post-delivery call

Rounding, admissions, or none? - Both

Patient demographics - Newborns to Geriatrics

Average patients per day - 20 in clinic

Required Procedures - Circumcision

Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specialties working with them - Yes, can work solo

Licensed Candidate: Yes/No - Yes, must hold active license at time of present - Must have OR license not willing to license
