Aya Locums is working with a reputable company to provide Home Health evaluation locum coverage in PA. Please note, this opportunity is completely flexible and requires no minimum commitment to be considered. You can create your own schedule once credentialed, and it works as a great addition to existing work!

Practice Setting

Home Health

Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations

6–9 visits per day

Patient population includes Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members

Review medical history & medications and complete physical evaluation

No prescribing, Labs ( no follow-up), no treatment changes

Pre-populated, patient-specific documentation provided

Stipends Available

Active PA state license

Credentialing: 1–3 weeks
