Family Medicine Residency Program Director

Job Details:
• Lead an established, well-regarded Family Medicine Residency Program with a collaborative, resident-centered culture
• Balanced role with approximately 1/3 clinical care, 1/3 precepting/support, and 1/3 administrative leadership
• Program Director embedded in the clinic with an open-door, highly accessible leadership style
• Strong educational environment with daily noon conference and engaged learners
• Inpatient service approximately 1:6 weeks with manageable call structure and resident support
