Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Openings: 1

Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search

Practice Setting: 

Outpatient coverage, Free-standing clinic
Average 18 PPD
Annual wellness visits, well child visits, sick visits, ER follow-ups, hospital follow-ups and pre-op visits
Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00a-4:00p
Friday, 8:00a-3:00p
Average 20 shifts per month
Patient Population: All ages, Adult (89%), Pediatrics (11%)

EMR: eClinical Works

Credentialing: 45 days, Temporary privileges available

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania licensure
Board certification
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1-year Family Medicine experience or equivalent
Travel Benefits:

If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.

Provided Travel Expenses:

Round-trip flight
Rental car and fuel
Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)
