Job description

Tinkbird Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care services in a team-based, mission-driven environment. This opportunity focuses on serving rural and underserved populations while offering strong clinical support and an integrated care model.

Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day
Patient Population: All ages

Work Environment: Team-based care model with coordinated support

Schedule
Start Date: TBD
Schedule: Full-time
Clinic Hours: Typically Monday – Friday (standard clinic hours)
Administrative Time: Half day per week
Charting Expectation: Documentation completed within 48 hours in EHR
Telehealth: Not included

Practice Environment
Outpatient-only primary care setting
Serves rural and underserved populations
Multiple clinic locations within a coordinated care system
Support staff includes clinical team members, care coordinators, and ancillary providers
Access to specialists through internal and external coordination
Collaborative, team-based workflow

Incentives: Value-based performance metrics (e.g., BP control, A1c, preventive screenings)
Time Off
PTO accrual begins after 90 days
Approximately 2.7 to 6 weeks annually based on tenure
Sick leave accrual: 8.25 hours per month
Paid holidays + birthday leave
CME
40 hours annually
$3,500 CME allowance per year

Requirements
Degree: MD or DO
Board Status: Board Eligible accepted (Board Certification not required)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
