Practice Setting: Clinic
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00-5:00
Patient Ages: All ages
In-Patient/Out-Patient: Outpatient
On Call: No
Support Staff: RN and Medical Assistants
Charting/Dictation: EMR
Must have TX License
