Job description

• Family Practice Physician
• Certs: DEA, BLS
• January 11th, 2023 through August 27th, 2023
• Part time Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM (Wednesdays will be 11AM to 7PM)
• 3 to 4 days of coverage during week (the days of coverage can depend on the provider)
• Assignment 3 months (September, October, November Coverage)
• At least 1 year of Family Medicine experience
• Day to day will include checkups, office visits, physicals, follow ups
• Procedures: suturing
• EMR: E-Clinical Works
• PPD: 15-18
