"Practice Highlights• Join an established, collegial primary care team of 3 advanced practice clinicians at this rural health clinic• See 18-20 patients per day• Outpatient only practice so you can enjoy your nights and weekends as you wish• The rural health clinic is part of an Independent critical access hospital that has a partnership with one of the larger health systems in San Antonio. • Visa support available; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required!Compensation Details:• Income guarantee of at least $300,000 +wRVU production • Recruitment incentives include a signing bonus, training stipend and relocation assistance• Full suite of health & medical benefits• CME stipend $3,000 + 5 days • Paid time off - 28 days• 403b retirement with 5% matchCommunity Details:• This close-knit community of 5,000 is less than 2 hours from San Antonio, TX.
