BC in FM
Hypertension, Diabetes, Weight Management, Basic Internal Medicine Work
Adults 18 + Up Only. Possibly being 16 and up
Open to new grads that are BC/BE
2 weeks to credential
Monday through Friday
Hours are 8a-5p
EMR is Epic
Low patient volume, between 16-21 patients per day
Mostly chronic care management
