CLIENT HAS SITES AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS, SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR STATUS ON OPENINGS, AND WHERE
( Dallas, FT Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Corpus Christi, McAllen/Edinburg, Amarillo, Laredo, Abilene, San Angelo, El Paso, Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, Ft Bliss, Van Horn, Round Rock, Fredericksburg, New Braunfels, Katy, Sugar Land, Beaumont, Waco )

Procedures: None
Ages: All - Providers must have seen all ages within the last two years
BC/BE preferred

Pay varies: Most rural sites are paying $100/hr plus all travel and lodging expenses.
Major Metro areas $120/hr - $140/hr in most cases. Client has been flexible in the past
