Job description

Provide comprehensive primary care services to predominantly pediatric patients in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting

Conduct well-child visits, sports physicals, immunizations, and preventive health screenings

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions

Provide age-appropriate patient and parent education on health, nutrition, safety, and disease prevention

Administer and document vaccinations in accordance with CDC guidelines

Collaborate with behavioral health, care coordinators, and other interdisciplinary team members to support whole-child care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to FQHC compliance standards

• Ongoing Monday-Friday for 3-6 months with options to extend
• Family Medicine Outpatient
• No weekends or call
