Locum Tenens Family Practice Physician

Job description

Our Community Health client is seeking a Locum Tenens Family Practice Physician to work a 6 month to 1 year assignment starting in September. The Family Practice Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.

Clinic Setting: Out-patient Family Practice

Days: Monday - Friday

Family Practice Physician Job Details:

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly.

Provide continuity of care services, including preventive care, health maintenance, and disease management
Adhere to professional standards and guidelines, including HIPAA regulations
Strong knowledge of medical standards and best practices in family medicine
Proficient in electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation and record keeping
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on building rapport and establishing trust
Ability to perform patient assessments and diagnose medical conditions accurately

Requirements:
· Graduate of an accredited United States School of Medicine; MD
· Board Certified
· Current unrestricted TX license
· Current DEA Certificate
· BLS - Basic Life Support Certification
